Tale 1: Why Does This Only Happen To MEEEEEE!?

     One busy night in Cosmetics, I see a problem customer that we've had before. She plops down some videos on the counter and tells me to put them on so & so's account. I tell her that I'll need her member card to rent videos. She throws down a driver's liscense (which isn't hers). I again tell her that we can't charge to accounts like that, and that I need her member card. She then yells, "how come you're the only one to do this to me?" I tell her that Blockbuster and almost all rental places need a member card to rent. Then she yell, "No! I mean you! You're the only person here who does this shit to me! You need to stop being a stuck-up little bitch!" She picks up her stuff and rushes off. Later, we found out why she tried to use someone else's account; she somehow managed to rack up a $90+ penalty in late fees.
